Coaching and Facilitation

• Co-facilitate experiential workshops and reflective dialogues for leaders, teams, and internal coaches.
• Provide coaching services to support mindset and behavioural shifts aligned with OCTAVE’s philosophy.
• Support the design and roll-out of AI coaching pilots and models, integrating technology into human‑centred coaching experiences.

Programme Design and Management

• Co‑design and manage transformative leadership and coaching programmes.
• Develop, implement, and analyse pre‑ and post‑programme surveys to assess learning impact.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end programme operations, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with organisational goals.

Analysis and Communication

• Translate complex or abstract ideas into clear, structured, and visually engaging presentations and materials.
• Conduct analysis of user data and synthesise insights into clear, actionable findings and narratives.
• Contribute to reports, presentations, and communication pieces that advance the coaching practice within and beyond OCTAVE Institute.

Requirements
