Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to fund management and operations teams.
  • Assist in coordinating daily office activities and maintaining documentation.
  • Support preparation and filing of regulatory and compliance documents.
  • Manage scheduling and communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Handle client onboarding KYC documentation and maintain accurate client records.
  • Assist in tracking regulatory updates and liaising with relevant authorities.
  • Support internal audit and compliance processes as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, trainings, and team activities.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks to support smooth business operations.
