About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to support our growing brand across e-commerce, retail outlets, supermarkets, content creation, and new product launches. This is a hands‑on role where you will be involved in real campaigns, store activations, and brand execution both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ecommerce & Online Store Support
- Manage and update e‑commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, website)
- Upload and maintain product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, bundles)
- Assist in setting up promotions, vouchers, bundles, and campaign pages
- Coordinate with operations on stock availability and order flow
- Track basic e‑commerce performance (sales, traffic, top products)
2. Content Creation (Photo, Video & Social)
- Assist in photo and video shoots for products, retail outlets, and campaigns
- Create simple content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Support basic editing using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Help plan content calendars aligned with campaigns and launches
- Assist in managing UGC and creator content
3. Retail Outlet & POSM Support
- Support marketing activities for retail outlets and pop-ups
- Assist in planning and executing POSM materials (posters, standees, wobblers, menus, shelf talkers)
- Coordinate installation, replacement, and updates of POSM materials
- Support retail campaigns, in‑store promotions, and festive activations
- Assist in tracking retail campaign timelines and execution
4. Supermarket & Offline Campaign Support
- Assist in planning supermarket promotions and in‑store campaigns
- Coordinate POSM, sampling materials, and promotional visuals
- Support product launches, tasting events, and roadshows
- Work closely with sales and merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution
5. New Product Launch Support
- Assist in new product launch planning and execution
- Support preparation of launch materials (content, POSM, key messages)
- Assist in coordinating timelines across design, production, and marketing
- Support launch campaigns across e-commerce, retail, and supermarkets
- Help track launch performance and gather feedback
6. Campaign Planning & Marketing Support
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns (festive, seasonal, product launches)
- Support brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation
- Assist in preparing briefs, timelines, and simple reports
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams
- Support ad‑hoc marketing tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience welcome
- Interest in FMCG, food, retail, and content creation
- Comfortable with social media and e‑commerce platforms
- Hands‑on, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or retail marketing
- Basic photography or videography knowledge
- Familiarity with POSM or in‑store marketing
- Experience supporting product launches or campaigns
