Qualifications

• Prior working experience in bunker surveying or related will be an advantage.
• Able to present and interact effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders.
• May be required to board vessels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in programming schedules for bunker surveyors.
• Pre and post planning for bunker surveyors for bunker surveys.
• Monitor vessel status and ETA with respective parties.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of all operational information.
• Maintain close contact with ship agencies for timely updates and bunker suppliers.
