Junior HR Generalist

About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. This role will provide broad exposure across core HR functions, supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and various initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation tracking, contract preparation, and offboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and monthly headcount submissions
  • Handle general employee queries and escalated as necessary
  • Coordinate internal HR communications, trainings, and engagement activities
  • Support recruitment logistics (e.g. interview scheduling, documentation)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
  • Liaise with external vendors for medical, insurance, and other HR-related matters
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR support or administrative roles
  • Familiar with local employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is a plus
