Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Deployment Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of software/hardware deployments. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely deployment of solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage deployment activities for software, systems, or infrastructure projects.
• Work with technical teams to ensure deployment tasks are scheduled and executed accurately.
• Monitor and track deployment progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate deployment requirements and deliverables.
• Assist in creating deployment documentation, including release notes, runbooks, and user guides.
• Support post-deployment activities, including validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Maintain deployment calendars and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in deployment, release management, or IT project support.
• Familiarity with deployment tools, ITSM processes, and ticketing systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management is a plus.
