Responsibilities

• Working alongside with various stakeholders within the engineering team, different functions, or the management team to establish business needs.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with respective stakeholder across different application domains. Build end-to-end data pipelines and scalable ML models using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face).
• Provide technical support as needed.
• Prepare and compile documentation and materials related to the project.
• Develop AI/ML-powered solutions for automation, predictive modeling, and LLM applications.
• Mentor junior team members on AI best practices and ethical AI principles.
• Communicate insights via dashboards (Power BI) and storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• 2+ years in data science with proven AI/ML model deployment experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with LLM tools (OpenAI GPT, Llama 2) and prompt engineering.
• Data wrangling (Pandas, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
• Relevant work experience in RAG architecture, AI Agent development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
