Job description

Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a motivated Junior Crewing Officer to join our client's team. In this role, you will assist in managing crewing operations for vessels by coordinating crew schedules, processing crew documentation, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities
  1. Communicate and take instructions from assigned supervisor(s).
  2. Prepare the ship crew’s employment contracts and joining documents.
  3. Update MPA on crew changes via DigitalPORT.
  4. Apply for officers’ licenses via DigitalPORT.
  5. Maintain crew documents database.
  6. Perform any other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • ITE/Diploma in Maritime Studies or a related field.
  • Open to candidates without experience; prior crewing or maritime operations education/experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Suitable for candidates without prior experience or qualification, looking to enter the Ship Management Sector for long-term career development.
