We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our Singapore-based international school group as a Junior Business Development Manager. This entry-level role is designed for high-potential talent eager to launch a career in global education expansion, with a focus on Japan, Thailand, and Southeast Asia (SEA).
You will support senior leaders in researching new school opportunities, building partnerships, and laying the groundwork for campus launches in high-growth markets. This is a structured 18–24 month accelerated development program with mentorship, regional travel, and clear progression to full Business Development Manager within 2 years.
Location: Singapore
Start Date: Q1 2026
Salary: SGD 60,000 – 70,000 per annum + performance bonus (up to 2 months)
Travel: 20–30% (Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia)
