A leading architecture firm in Singapore is seeking a Junior Architect to assist with architectural design development, authority submissions, and construction documentation. This role involves collaborating with experienced architects and project teams to deliver comprehensive architectural solutions. Candidates should possess a degree in architecture, proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD and Revit, and ideally 2-3 years of experience. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of SGD 4,000 – 5,000, negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from local or overseas universities.
• 2–3 years of experience in relevant architectural roles or strong portfolio for fresh graduates.
• Qualified Person (QP) status is advantageous but not essential.

Job Summary

Grid Architect Pte Ltd seeks a Junior Architect to contribute to architectural design development, authority submissions, and construction documentation. You will collaborate with experienced architects and project teams to deliver comprehensive architectural solutions from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design concepts and prepare design presentations to support project goals
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage authority submission processes to secure regulatory approvals and maintain compliance
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution
• Drive project progress from concept design through construction stages, ensuring timely delivery
• Adapt to evolving project requirements and perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Architect

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or above) from local or overseas universities. Local university graduates preferred, Overseas university graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality architectural outputs
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Positive learning attitude with willingness to grow professionally in architectural practice
• Experience of 2–3 years in relevant architectural roles or strong portfolio for fresh graduates
• Qualified Person (QP) status is advantageous but not essential
