About the role

We are seeking a Junior Admin Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at Banyan Energy Pte. Ltd. imminent Central Region. This is a full-time position that will provide vital administrative and accounting support to our growing organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Provide support for accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of administrative and accounting procedures
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Manager
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor degree or Diploma is welcome to apply
  • Experience in Petroleum and/or Petrochemicals trading firm is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong numerical aptitude and familiarity with accounting principles and practices
