As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Represent Pearly Lustre as a Brand Ambassador, delivering refined, personalised service

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling

  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with local and international clients

  • Share product stories confidently, showcasing craftsmanship and design

  • Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately

  • Maintain elegant visual merchandising standards

  • Manage customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and care

  • Support daily boutique operations and ad-hoc retail initiatives

  • Experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, premium fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands (preferred)

  • A sales-driven mindset with strong closing ability

  • Polished communication skills and confidence with discerning customers

  • Proactive, adaptable, and reliable team players

  • Comfortable working weekends and public holidays

⏰ Working Hours
  • Shift-based retail hours:
    10:00am – 8:00pm or 12:00pm – 10:00pm

  • Includes weekends and public holidays
