A leading travel and airline company in Singapore is seeking an experienced sales and marketing executive to drive revenue by managing accounts and developing marketing strategies tailored for the Singapore market. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Japanese, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will collaborate with stakeholders and monitor performance while staying informed on market trends to maximize profitability. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Increase sales revenue and achieve targets through managing new and existing accounts across multiple channels, including online platforms
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the Singapore market in alignment with company policies
  • Understand assigned accounts’ travel policies and requirements, provide customised offers, negotiate agreements, and conduct regular reviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance and forecasts using data, reports, and market intelligence; plan and execute countermeasures as needed
  • Collaborate with Joint Venture (JV) partners on corporate pricing proposals, Time of Ticketing (TOT) programmes, and joint business initiatives
  • Support promotional and marketing projects and campaigns
  • Manage reporting on performance analysis, marketing effectiveness, and project status
  • Efficiently manage annual sales budgets to maximise profitability
  • Stay informed on market trends and opportunities to drive improvements
  • Coordinate and negotiate with regional headquarters on sales and marketing strategies
  • Represent the company at events and perform administrative functions as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the airline or travel industry in sales and marketing
  • Japanese speaking proficiency to liaise with Japanese speaking client and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of fares and ticketing is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and accept responsibility
