Location: Tuas (Nearest MRT is Tuas Crescent)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 830am - 530pm

Contract Duration: 6 months (extendible and convertible)

About the Job

The Warehouse Associate ensures accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products. This role also supports basic IT and integration activities, including handling IT hardware, using warehouse management and inventory systems, and assisting with staging and configuration preparation. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Operations

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for inbound and outbound shipments according to order and project requirements.
• Ensure correct packaging and labeling to maintain product integrity during storage and transportation.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments from freight forwarders, verifying quantities and conditions against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Perform put-away activities by storing goods in designated locations and updating inventory systems accurately.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in reconciling inventory variances.
• Use handheld scanning devices to process inventory transactions and maintain accurate stock records.
• Support inter-warehouse transfers and ensure timely execution with complete and accurate documentation.
• Operate stacker machines and other material handling equipment safely within racking systems.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

IT / Integration Support

• Handle IT equipment such as servers, networking devices, storage systems, and peripherals with proper care and ESD awareness.
• Assist with basic IT integration activities, including asset tagging, serial number capture, and physical staging of hardware.
• Update asset information accurately in WMS, ERP, or asset management systems.
• Support kitting, de-kitting, and pre-deployment preparation of IT hardware according to project requirements.
• Perform basic visual checks on IT equipment for damage or missing components and elevate issues when required.
• Work closely with integration, logistics, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of IT-related orders.
