  • Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with IT policies.
  • Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure security and performance.
  • Assist with the setup and support of audio/visual equipment for meetings and events.
  • Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and security initiatives.
  • Educate end-users on basic software and hardware usage.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection regulations.
