As part of our delivery team, you’ll focus onend-to-end recruitment for IT rolesacross multiple domains, fromsoftware engineering and DevOps to cybersecurity, data, and cloud.

Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and place IT professionals forcontract, project-based roles.
  • Use creative sourcing tools —LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search— to find niche tech talent.
  • Conducttechnical screeningsto evaluate candidate skills and fit.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment on hiring needs, updates, and candidate feedback.
  • Managefast-moving hiring cyclesand support bench recruitment to keep pipelines strong.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless candidate and client experience.
What we are looking for
  • 2–5 years of IT recruitment experience (agency or BPO environment).
  • Solid understanding of technical roles and industry trends.
  • Experience in contract staffing or outsourcing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about tech hiring.
