Key Responsibilities

• Assist in software development, enhancement and maintenance of internal systems.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements for IT projects.
• Support IT projects related to:
  • AI systems
  • Process automation and workflow optimization
  • System upgrades, migrations and enhancements
  • Data analytics and reporting initiatives
• Participate in project meetings, workshops and discussions with stakeholders
• Help prepare project documentation such as:
  • Requirement specifications
  • Process flows and diagrams
  • Test cases and user guides
• Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue tracking
• Progressively move into data analytic role once gathered sufficient skillset and exposure
• Coordinate with vendors or internal IT teams under guidance
• Learn and apply best practices in system analysis, project management and IT governance
