Job summary

A technology support services provider in Singapore is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide end-to-end IT support for office operations. This role includes managing domains, website administration, and desktop support. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT and 2–5 years of relevant experience. Job description

Provide end-to-end IT support for office operations, including website administration, domain management, desktop support, and server maintenance to ensure stable and secure IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
IT Operations, Infrastructure & Website Management
  • Manage and maintain company domains, DNS settings, email accounts, and user access rights.
  • Administer and support the company website, including content updates, user access, basic troubleshooting, uptime monitoring, and coordination with external web vendors.
  • Perform regular website checks to ensure functionality, security, and performance.
  • Manage server administration tasks, including backups, system monitoring, patching, and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, website, and system-related issues in a timely manner.
Desktop & End-User Support
  • Provide desktop and IT support to staff, including hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and office applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, software, and IT equipment.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding (IT setup, access control, asset assignment, account management).
Security, Backup & Maintenance
  • Ensure data integrity and system security through regular server and website backups.
  • Implement and maintain access controls, antivirus protection, and security updates.
  • Monitor system performance and apply software patches and updates as required.
  • Maintain proper IT documentation, system configurations, and asset records.
Vendor & Project Support
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for website hosting, domain services, system support, and IT maintenance.
  • Support IT projects, system enhancements, and ad-hoc technical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant IT support, systems support, or website administration experience.
  • Hands‑on experience in: Domain and DNS management, Website administration (CMS, hosting, basic troubleshooting), Desktop and end‑user support, Server backup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and server environments.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
