Job summary

  • Cyber Security Awareness and Support
  • Perform ad-hoc duties/digitalized solutions and special assignments as directed by the supervisor, ensuring timely and accurate completion to support team and improve efficiency for corporate processes.
Basic Requirements / Skills
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Windows 11 and Microsoft O365 products is a must.
  • Familiarity with iOS device setup and Apple ID management.
  • Ability to follow setup SOPs and checklists.
  • Documenting support cases and solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory.
  • Hands‑on experience with Sharepoint online.
  • Knowledge of JIRA is a plus.
  • Good organizational skills to manage inventory and update records.
  • Cyber security awareness (basic threat identification, safe practices).
  • Willingness to escalates advanced issues to Level 2 or Security teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

    • CompTIA A+ (for support fundamentals)
