Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Security field involving enterprise systems, network, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong experience in IT security management and governance.
• Prior experience in similar roles within the Singapore Public Sector is advantageous.

As an IT Security Manager, you will play the role of a customer-facing security lead and trusted security advisor, responsible for the overall IT security posture of the applications and solutions delivered to our customers.

You will work closely with our customers, project stakeholders, and delivery teams to shape security design and controls for modern digital platforms. The role goes beyond back-office compliance, enabling you to influence how security supports innovation, productivity, and strong governance in high-security, regulated environments.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct IT Security Risk Assessments jointly with our customers to identify threats, assess risks, and propose mitigation measures for approval.
• Prepare IT Security Risk Assessment Reports to support security design and system architecture.
• Coordinate and manage IT security incident handling, acting as the primary point of contact for security-related escalations.
• Coordinate security audits and testing, including vulnerability scanning and penetration testing performed by third-party VAPT providers.
• Consolidate security testing results and ensure timely remediation and closure of the findings.
• Ensure Systems comply with customer-approved security requirements and recognised security standards, while supporting cloud-first and AI-enabled architectures.
• Be overall accountable for IT security of the Systems delivered under the project, supporting secure, future-ready digital operations.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Security field involving enterprise systems, network, and/or cloud infrastructure.
• Current professional information security certification such as CISSP, CISA, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in IT security management and governance, security risk assessment and management, security incident response, vulnerability assessment, and IT security audit.
• Good knowledge of international security standards and best practices, including ISO/IEC, NIST, and CIS.
• Prior experience in similar roles within the Singapore Public Sector would be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, written, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen, due to the requirement for security clearance and access to sensitive systems.
