Overview

Our client is a well-established MNC and a market leader in the IT industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an IT Security Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries by leveraging existing knowledgebase resources and resolving known issues.
• Handle post-sales activities of related products and solutions.
• Engage in the implementation of large-scale projects.
• Be available for standby support to manage 24/7 maintenance calls.
• Offer on-site services, including deployment, testing and preparation of documentation.
• All other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in IT / Cybersecurity or other related field of studies.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT network support and database administration.
• Certified CCNA or CCSA is a bonus.
