Responsibilities include providing daily support for hardware and software, managing networks, and assisting with cloud services and security compliance. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Familiarity with email systems and IT asset management.
• Understanding of IT security concepts and willingness to learn ISO compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and Windows endpoints.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, printers, and scanners.
• Support network systems (LAN, WAN, VPN), routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage and track IT assets and user provisioning.
• Support cloud services such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
