Job description

Our client is looking for an IT Manager to lead their technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and overall IT operations. This role will drive innovation, strengthen governance, and ensure reliable IT service delivery across the organisation.

1. Strategic Leadership & Transformation
  • Develop and implement the organisation’s IT and digital transformation roadmap, aligned with overall business strategy and service goals.
  • Act as the technology advisor to senior management, translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and digital adoption across all staff levels.
2. IT Governance & Risk Management
  • Oversee IT governance, policy development, and compliance with PDPA, cybersecurity frameworks, and relevant sector standards.
  • Proactively manage IT risks, ensuring business continuity, resilience, and data protection.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial to the organisation’s mission and operations.
3. Operations & Service Delivery
  • Lead IT infrastructure management across the client’s environment (applications, cloud, servers, networking, and cybersecurity).
  • Ensure service reliability and operational excellence for both corporate functions and service centres.
  • Manage IT vendors and contracts strategically, focusing on long-term value, performance, and scalability.
  • Build IT capability by training, mentoring, and upskilling staff in digital tools and systems.
Technical Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong background in digital transformation, IT governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
  • Experience in multi-site IT management; exposure to social service, education, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
