Job summary

A renewable energy company in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Manager to develop IT strategies and manage infrastructure aligned with operational needs. Job Overview

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business and renewable energy operational needs.

Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud systems, and data centers.

Oversee cybersecurity policies, risk management, and data protection standards.

Support renewable energy systems such as SCADA, monitoring platforms, asset management systems, and energy management software.

Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems supporting power plants and offices.

Manage ERP, financial, HRIS, and project management systems.

Lead IT projects including system upgrades, digital transformation, and system integrations.

Coordinate with EPCs, O&M teams, and vendors to support plant connectivity and data integrity.

Establish IT policies, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Manage IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and licensing.

Provide IT support and training to users across sites and corporate offices.

Qualifications
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 7–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

Experience supporting renewable energy, power generation, utilities, or infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of SCADA systems, OT/IT integration, and industrial networks.

Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise systems.

IT certifications (ITIL, CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent) are an advantage.
