Job description

Leading international investment bank is looking for a seasoned IT Infrastructure Project Manager with extensive experience working on real estate projects, new office fit outs, life cycle refresh and upgrades etc.

Job Duties :

• Drive and execute various IT infrastructure projects focusing on corporate office build-outs, office relocations, and desktop technology deployments
• Manage the lifecycle of a project from designing, planning, scheduling to implementation
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
• Setup and deliver appropriate projecternance for progress and risks monitoring and reporting
• Work and collaborate with stakeholders such as IT infrastructure teams, real estate / property management, architect / interior design, and external vendors / consultants

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree holders or above in Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure projects
• Extensive experience in managing projects through all phases of the life cycle and expert working knowledge of an industry-recognized Project Management methodology
• Must have a track record of delivering corporate office build-outs, office relocations and desktop technology deployment projects
• Excellentmunication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
