Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement)

Salary Package: Up to $9,000 + AWS

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Project Manager with strong experience managing cloud infrastructure services, incidents, vendors, and budgets, ensuring high availability, security compliance, and SLA adherence. Proven in delivering cloud infrastructure solutions across development, testing, and production environments while coordinating architects, application, and operations teams to support scalable and resilient systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cloud infrastructure services to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), IT security standards, and organisational policies
• Oversee cloud infrastructure incidents, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs and implementing mitigation measures to prevent recurrence
• Develop, review, and improve cloud incident management, escalation, and system monitoring guidelines, processes, and procedures
• Manage cloud infrastructure contracts, vendors, and operating budgets to ensure effective budget utilisation and service delivery
• Provide cloud infrastructure support across all stages of application deployment, including development, testing, and production
• Deliver cloud infrastructure services aligned to business needs, within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilots in compliance with IT security standards
• Work closely with solution architects, application teams, and operations teams to ensure cloud solutions meet requirements for high availability, resiliency, scalability, and security
• Plan, track, and manage cloud infrastructure project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
