Job summary

A semiconductor manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the Operation Service Support team. This role requires strong expertise in managing IT infrastructure operations, including Linux and Windows platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of IT management experience in manufacturing, along with a relevant degree. Responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure deployments and collaborating with global teams to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operation Service Support team and oversee all local and global IT infrastructure operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage new infrastructure deployments, lifecycle management, system support, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Maintain high quality standards across system architecture, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and end-user training.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and optimize resource and budget allocation.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures and best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global service teams to develop and execute IT infrastructure strategies that support business goals.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure reliability, stability, and cost efficiency.
• Support the Head of Department in planning, tracking, and controlling IT infrastructure budgets.
• Coach, mentor, and manage team members through training programs, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
