Qualifications

• Experience in building Windows server systems including deployment and application installation.
• Experience in Windows Client Provisioning & Support.
• Operation and maintenance of VMware (vCenter, ESXi).
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools (Backup, Monitoring, Anti-Virus).
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with network configuration including ACL and Firewall.
• Experience in system engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system configuration compliance with security guidelines.
• Analyze functional requirements and implement changes as needed.
• Work with the team leader to conform to design standards.
• Handle day-to-day user queries regarding systems.
• Maintain up-to-date system documentation.
• Identify and resolve system issues to improve performance.
• Create operation procedures for knowledge transfer.
