Overview

We are seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer (Systems) to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise IT systems across a mission‑critical environment. In this role, you will ensure system uptime, drive infrastructure improvements, and implement security controls while meeting operational and SLA commitments. You will work across server, storage, and network components to deliver a stable and secure infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the installation, configuration, and operational support of servers, software, and network components throughout project implementation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues, performing root‑cause investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure day‑to‑day operations meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for availability and performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance activities, system health checks, and performance tuning to ensure optimal infrastructure reliability.
• Perform OS, system, and network hardening, and oversee patching cycles across all supported environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation including asset information, configuration, operational procedures, and technical reports.
• Provide standby or after‑hours support when required to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Requirements

• Experience working with Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Good understanding of enterprise hardware—servers, SAN, and NAS storage solutions.
• Familiarity with essential IT infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, databases, and web/application servers.
• Networking Advantage: Knowledge of VPN technologies, firewalls, routers, and switches is helpful.
• Strong communication abilities to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
