Qualifications

  • 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in IT Support role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install and configure software and hardware.
  • Perform system upgrades and patch installations.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new technology.
  • Maintain the IT helpdesk system and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance of IT systems.
