Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to office and kitchen teams (hardware, software, network, and printer issues).
  • Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and user accounts.
  • Handle system setup for new staff (email, access rights, devices).
  • Monitor and ensure data security, backups, and network performance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Work closely with vendors to improve and customize existing software systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the company’s initiatives towards automation and digital transformation, including implementation of new tools or systems.
  • Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper equipment usage.
  • Provide basic training and user support for staff on system or software use.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience (preferably in an SME environment).
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, networking, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience in system implementation, automation tools, or software customization will be an advantage.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
