Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Location: One North
Salary: Up to $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive IT Project Engineer to manage the implementation of IT infrastructure projects for our clients. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to plan, deploy, and deliver network and system solutions. While this role supports presales activities, it is not a sales position — the focus is on technical execution, coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of IT infrastructure projects, from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on project timelines and deliverables.
• Deploy and troubleshoot servers, networks, cameras, and cloud systems.
• Support presales activities by preparing technical proposals, demos, and presentations with the sales team.
• Conduct system testing, documentation, and post-installation user training.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in IT project implementation, deployment, or technical support.
• Knowledge in networking, cabling, hardware setup, and system integration.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; customer-oriented mindset.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CCNA are advantageous.
