Job description

Our client is the world's leading international company delivering a wide range of products and solutions to its broad base of customers throughout the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

This is a contract position for 12 months with 2 months completion bonuses with a budget of up to S$10,000 per month. The location is International Business Part at Jurong East.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to gather, understand and define business requirements.
• Responsible to develop user stories and to-be process and system flows to support the design & development of salesforce or commercial solutions.
• Participate in key meetings with users including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance test and user training.
• Responsible for end‑to‑end solution delivery of assigned projects through close collaboration with global, regional, country internal users and multiple 3rd party delivery partners.
• Responsible for the implementation of the technology/technical work streams which includes architecture planning and alignment with Global, solution delivery, infrastructure readiness, integration platforms, processes, data management, migration, release management and end‑to‑end solution production deployment.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or information systems with 5 years' work experience.
• Experience using Salesforce, middleware platform e.g., MuleSoft to develop commercial business solutions.
• Hands‑on experience configuring Salesforce, including validation rules, security controls, workflow, lightning pages, dashboard, etc...
• Proven and demonstrated experience in leading technical team and deliver end‑to‑end integrated solutions.
• Experience as technical lead on integration projects involving multiple providers, interfaces and stakeholders.
• Must have passion in hands‑on technical problem solving and lead solution discussion/troubleshooting in a technical team environment.
• Able to articulate technical issues and resolutions using non‑technical language for stakeholder understanding.
• Detailed‑oriented individual with passion and willingness to learn new technology and technical skills.
