Job description

IT Analyst (Radiology Informatics | Healthcare)

Responsibilities

System & Project Support (70%)

• Prepare System Requests (OSR) and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Electronic Medical Records system (EPIC) to support Radiology IT.
• Track and coordinate project timelines and deliverables with Radiology Informatics personnel.
• Organize and facilitate troubleshooting sessions with IT teams.
• Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support budgeting and procurement processes for Radiology IT projects and systems.
• Manage and optimize intra-cluster referral processes.
• Oversee leasing arrangements for equipment and services.
• Coordinate outsourcing of services as required.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement (5%)

• Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Propose and implement process enhancements based on findings.

Requirements

• Degree in Business IT, Information Technology, Diagnostic Radiography, Health Informatics, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in contract management, vendor relations, IT, or project management (preferably in healthcare) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of IT and network systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in teams.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including after‑office duties when required.
