Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an IT Operations Manager to manage daily IT operations, support users, and oversee cybersecurity infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Windows environments and at least 3 years of experience in IT operations management. • Deploy hardware/software upgrades, OS patching, firmware updates, and application fixes.
• Coordinate with global IT or external teams for system requirements, purchases, and project initiatives.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including account setup/deactivation, device configuration, and access management.
• Provide IT support for local and remote users, ensuring system reliability and operational continuity.
