Job summary

A telecommunications equipment company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to understand telco customers' technical requirements and manage customer-related issues. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the telco or technical domain. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, along with strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities include overseeing product testing and troubleshooting, and working closely with Account and Product Managers.

  • Experience in attending Singtel/StarHub projects is preferred.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, Engineering.
  • At least 7 years work experiences on telco or technical domain, deep knowledge of telecom operator technical and service structure, etc.
  • Capability to communicate with and influence customers: including technical alignment, communication, clarification, and negotiation with customers.
  • Better have experience in attending Singtel/StarHub projects.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates.
