Job summary

A human resources advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an Invoicing Clerk. The successful candidate will generate and issue accurate customer invoices while liaising with various teams to resolve discrepancies. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in customer service or invoicing. The position is full-time with working hours including 5.5 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service and/or Invoicing.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on sales orders, delivery orders, or contracts.
  • Matching of invoice supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with the Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify invoicing issues.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of all issued invoices.
Job description
Invoicing Clerk
  • Salary: $2500 - $2800
  • Working location: Pandan Loop, Clementi
  • Working hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat(9am – 1pm)
