About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Compliance Analyst with hands-on experience in BlackRock Aladdin to join our team on a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for monitoring portfolio activity, ensuring compliance with investment guidelines, and supporting portfolio managers with accurate, timely data from the Aladdin platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily investment activity across assigned portfolios using the Aladdin platform.
• Perform compliance checks to ensure adherence to investment mandates, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate and review portfolio monitoring reports for performance, risk, and exposure.
• Investigate and resolve investment breaches or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Liaise with portfolio managers, risk, and compliance teams to address monitoring issues.
• Maintain accurate investment data and ensure consistency across systems.
• Support ad-hoc reporting, portfolio analysis, and project initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Proven working experience with BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg Terminal or Charles River (good to have).
• 2-5 years of experience in investment monitoring, compliance, or portfolio analytics within asset management, wealth management, or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, portfolio structures, and investment guidelines.
• Proficient in MS Excel; exposure to SQL, VBA, or other data tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as UCITS, MAS, or SEC.
• Experience with performance and risk metrics analysis.
