Job description

Role Description

This is afull-time position located on site in Singapore for an InvestmentBanking Analyst/Associate covering Asia. They will be responsible forday-to-day tasks, including conducting research, preparing financialmodels, preparing marketing materials, and executing transactions. Theywill work closely with other team members on data and financialanalyses, due diligence activities, and the creation of transactionmaterials. Being exposed to every aspect of a deal/transaction cycle,the candidate will be involved in the deal sourcing process, evaluationof such opportunities, arranging and structuring of such transactions,and see to the completion and documentation. The role needs a go-getterwho wants to gain investment banking skills to eventually become a dealmaker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Candidates with experience in financial modeling, valuation, financial analysis and financial accounting.
