This execution-heavy role involves building financial models, supporting deal execution, and preparing investment materials, with significant exposure to live transactions and senior decision-makers. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in global investment banking, excellent financial modeling skills, and strong English communication abilities. Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus but not required.

Investment Analyst — Real Estate Private Equity (2 Openings)

Location: Hong Kong or Singapore

Experience: 1–3 years (Global Investment Banking)

Our client is an Asia-focused Real Estate Private Equity investor. They are hiring two Investment Analysts to join a lean deal team and support acquisitions and platform investments across the region. This is an execution-heavy role with strong exposure to live transactions and senior decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own detailed financial models (transaction/returns, sensitivities, scenario analysis; real estate and platform models where relevant).
• Support end-to-end deal execution: screening, valuation, due diligence, structuring, and closing.
• Prepare investment materials: IC memos, investment decks, valuation write-ups, and risk/return analyses.
• Conduct market, company, and comparable research; synthesize findings into clear investment views.
• Coordinate with external parties (banks, legal, accounting, consultants) and management teams.
• Assist with portfolio monitoring: KPI tracking, performance updates, valuation support, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years at a global investment bank (M&A / Sponsors / LevFin / Real Estate coverage or similar).
• Excellent financial modeling skills (Excel) and strong PowerPoint capability (investor-grade output).
• Strong English (written and reading) with clear, structured communication.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple workstreams under time pressure.
• Solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, valuation, and transaction process.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to real estate private equity / real assets / hospitality or platform investing.
• Asia Pacific cross-border deal experience.
• Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus (not required).
• CFA progress is a plus.
