Job summary

We are seeking a team player to join our new business unit as an Interior Designer. The successful candidate will work with a team of highly skilled teammates to fulfil pitching of projects and project deliveries. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills and a team player who is willing to strive with the team.

Job Description

• Meeting client and produce concept design and design deck, from the start to end of the design pitch.
• To prepare test fit / space planning & 3D rendering for pitch & project
• To prepare design deck for sales pitch and presentation to client
• Produce markup plan for QS brief
• Produce drawings in timely manner site construction
• Work closely with all departments to ensure pitching and project be delivered timely and successfully.
• Able to liaise with vendors and gather technical information for submission

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• Required language(s): English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients).
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max / Revit
• Preferably experience in Commercial office / F&B design
• Design & Build experience is a must
