Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Design & Architectural Coordinator to join our construction team. The role involves managing and coordinating interior design (ID) and architectural aspects of projects, ensuring that design intent is accurately implemented on site, in line with project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ID and architectural drawings, shop drawings, and materials with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Review design documents to ensure compliance with architectural intent, contract specifications, and site conditions.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts or discrepancies between trades.
• Monitor implementation of ID and architectural works on site to ensure quality, workmanship, and adherence to approved plans.
• Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, design submissions, and project documentation.
• Attend coordination and technical meetings to support project execution.
• Assist in sourcing materials, finishes, and fittings in line with project requirements and budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural and interior design coordination within a construction or main contractor environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, interior finishes, and construction processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
