Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to join our dynamic team. This dual role requires a strong technical background combined with proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects. The ideal candidate will lead our technical team, ensuring high‑quality deliverables, while also overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, developers, and other technical professionals.
  • Oversee the architecture, design, and development of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Provide hands‑on coding and debugging when necessary, serving as the technical point of escalation.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes knowledge sharing and teamwork.
  • Lead the design of integration solutions using Boomi AtomSphere, API Management, EDI, and MDM components.
  • Define integration patterns (real‑time, batch, event‑driven), error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.
  • Review and validate integration architecture for scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Create high‑level and low‑level design documents (HLD, LLD).
Required Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Boomi Integrations design and implementation with minimum 3 years as a lead.
  • Experience working with similar integration technologies would be added advantage.
  • Experience in various SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle high‑pressure situations.
  • Experience in Banking client migrations projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of software development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
  • Strong expertise with:
    • Boomi AtomSphere
    • API Management (API Gateways, REST/SOAP, OAuth)
    • EDI, MDM (optional but preferred)
    • Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
    • Databases (SQL/NoSQL), flat files, message queues
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Familiar with JSON, XML, XSLT, Groovy/JavaScript scripting.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate technical teams.
  • Strong documentation and architectural thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a client‑facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
  • Certification in Cloud (AWS).
  • Certification in Database (Oracle).
  • Certification in IPAAS (MuleSoft or Boomi) Solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless).
Preferred Education
  • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination.
