We are seeking a versatile and hands‑on Integrated Marketing Manager who can balance strategic planning with strong execution capabilities. This role is responsible for driving brand growth through integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an executor - someone who can develop high‑impact long‑term and short‑term marketing plans while personally running ads, crafting content, and delivering measurable results. This role also requires strong social listening skills to identify emerging trends, audience needs, and competitive insights, as well as the ability to translate those insights into innovative content ideation that fuels engaging, on‑brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy, Planning & Budget Management
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimise the approved marketing budget in alignment with business goals and ROI targets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with insights and recommendations for management.
2. Digital Marketing (Hands‑On Execution)
  • Independently plan, run, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other performance‑driven campaigns.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies including keyword research, content optimisation, and landing page performance.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), including A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor digital KPIs and provide insights using platforms such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
3. Brand, Content & Social Media Management
  • Oversee official social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Rednote, LinkedIn, where applicable), including content planning, copywriting, and community engagement.
  • Work with influencers, celebrities, and KOLs to enhance brand reach and credibility.
  • Content Ideation: Provide creative direction and clear briefs for designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.
4. Public Relations & Media Communications
  • Develop PR strategies to strengthen corporate and brand reputation.
  • Craft press releases, media kits, and spokesperson briefs.
  • Pitch stories to media outlets and cultivate strong relationships with journalists and media partners.
  • Manage media enquiries, brand reputation issues, and crisis communication when needed.
  • Track PR coverage and report impact.
5. Retail Marketing & CRM
  • Plan and manage in‑store promotions, premium campaigns, joint promotions, and membership initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a robust CRM program to drive customer loyalty, retention, and targeted communications.
  • Collaborate closely with Retail Operations on promotional calendars, retail activations, and offline marketing.
6. Website, CRO & Analytics
  • Manage website updates and enhancements using CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement optimisation initiatives to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Build dashboards and analyse performance across the full funnel (awareness → consideration → conversion).
7. Market Intelligence, Vendors & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and social listening to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns and marketing assets.
  • Manage freelancers, agencies, and partners to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead or support other marketing‑related projects as assigned.
Must‑Have Skills & Attributes
  • Strong hands‑on experience executing SEM (Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads.
  • Familiarity with email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify), and SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Skilled in content creation: content briefing, script writing, and video storytelling.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and multi‑tasking abilities with high attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player who is able to work independently, think strategically, and perform well under pressure.
