  • Manage the department’s e-mailbox and respond to queries.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and support market intelligence.

We are hiring an Insurance Product Analyst to join the Product & Solution team in Singlife Financial Advisers (SFA).If you are customer driven with knowledge of general insurance and life insurance products and financial advisory services and comfortable working in a sales-driven but governance-oriented environment, do not miss this career opportunity!

As part of the product and solutions team, we aim to provide holistic financial solutions and product suites that can cater to our customer base through SFA’s active sales representatives. We thrive on proper due diligence of products, enhanced product systems, and constant engagement to provide value added services to the salesforce and customers.

This role reports to the General Insurance Lead but is required to support both the General Insurance Lead and Life Insurance Lead, with a stronger emphasis on General Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Life Insurance and General Leads in the following functions :
  • Perform competitive analysis of products, which may be used to improve wealth managers' knowledge of the products or for the team to engage in conversations with providers related to product improvements
  • Liaison person with insurance providers and reps on day-to-day product matters, operations and training matters for general insurance, life insurance and group insurance
  • Maintain the GI business dashboard
  • Administering the campaigns incentives payments
  • Manage the department’s e-mailbox, which includes replying to queries from our reps and sending notifications from our providers to our reps.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and support market intelligence
  • Other tasks as required by the leads of the department.
Requirements
Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 yrs experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of general insurance and life insurance
  • Basic knowledge about group insurance would be an advantage
