Brief Summary:

Responsibilities

• Process Marine Cargo policies and associated documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to turnaround times.
• Conduct initial checks for incomplete details prior to processing.
• Collaborate with underwriters to gather necessary information for policy processing.
• Prepare monthly renewal notices based on underwriters’ requests.
• Dispatch policies and documents to intermediaries efficiently.
• Maintain an organized electronic filing system for policy records.
• Assist with reconciliation queries from the Finance department.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Policy Management operations within the insurance industry.
