Responsibilities

• Client Needs Assessment: Evaluate a client's risk profile and financial situation to understand their unique insurance needs.
• Policy & Product Knowledge: Research and explain various insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the most suitable coverage and premium rates for clients.
• Customization: Create customized insurance packages and solutions tailored to a client's specific requirements.
• Account Management: Manage client accounts, including handling policy renewals, changes, and administrative tasks.
• Claims Assistance: Support clients through the claims process.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both clients and insurance providers.
• Industry Monitoring: Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, changes in regulations, and new insurance products.
