Job summary

A local educational firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to conduct training and assessments in instructional design. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and relevant training qualifications, along with at least 5 years of experience in the Education sector. Responsibilities include updating training programs and ensuring quality standards are maintained. Only Singaporeans are eligible to apply due to quota limitations.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Education and/or Training.
  • Possessed either ACLP, ACTA or equivalent TAE qualifications.
  • Minimally attained a relevant Bachelor Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training and assessment in instructional design or training-related topics.
  • Review and enhance training programs for relevance and effectiveness.
  • Update training materials based on feedback and course evaluation.
  • Ensure training is conducted according to prescribed structure and curriculum.

Job description
Qualifications & experience
  • Attained either the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), WSQ Advance certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or equivalent Training and Adult Education (TAE) qualifications; and
  • Minimally attained a relevant Bachelor Degree ;
  • Possessed at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Education and/or Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector.
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Conduct training and assessment in Instructional Design, or training related topics.
  • Part of a learning solutions consultancy team whereby their expertise on the psychology of learning, instructional strategies and their understanding of how learning takes place and recommend constructive and practical solutions.
  • Review and enhance training programs to ensure they are current, relevant and effective.
  • Update training materials and implement solution based on feedback and course evaluation.
  • Responsible for training administration.
  • Gather feedback and make recommendations for improvements to training.
  • Keep track and ensure training quality and standards are maintained.
  • Ensure training is conducted according to the prescribed structure and curriculum; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.
