Job summary

A training consultancy firm in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to conduct training and assessments in instructional design. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Training and Adult Education, relevant qualifications, and a commitment to maintaining training quality. The role involves reviewing and enhancing training programs based on feedback and evaluations. Must be a Singaporean due to quota limitations.

Qualifications

  • Possessed at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Education or Training.
  • Attained a relevant training qualification.
  • Strong understanding of instructional strategies.

  • Conduct training and assessment in instructional design.
  • Review and enhance training programs to ensure relevance.

Job description
Qualification & Experience
  • Attained either the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), WSQ Advance certificate in Training and Assesment (ACTA) or equivalent Training and Adult Education (TAE) qualification; and
  • Minimally attained a relevant Bachelor Degree;
  • Possessed at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Education and/ or Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector.
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct training and assessment in Instructional Design, or training related topics;
  • Part of a learning solutions consultancy team whereby their expertise on the psychology of learning, instructional strategies and their understanding of how learning takes place and recommend constructive and practical solutions;
  • Review and enhance training programs to ensure they are current, relevant and effective;
  • Update training materials and implement solution based on feedback and course evaluation;
  • Responsible for training administration;
  • Gather feedback and make recommendations for improvements to training;
  • Keep track and ensure training quality and standards are maintained;
  • Ensure training is conducted according to the prescribed structure and curriculum; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.
