JOB SUMMARY

The role of the dance manager is to manage all aspects of the dance course. He/she will be based in the headquarters to design an effective strategy to provide quality education service and sustainably grow the enrolment, as well as lead and execute the workplan. In addition, the course manager has to work with the dance professional and admin staff to manage all operational aspects of the course.

JOB ROLE
Institutional Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new institutional clients (including preschools, MOE schools, and corporates) as well as franchise partners.
  • Present and pitch Crestar’s enrichment programmes, partnership models, and franchise offerings to key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead engagement, needs analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and franchise-related documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Achieve assigned revenue, franchise, and business development KPIs.
Account & Franchise Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned institutional clients and franchise partners.
  • Manage relationships from onboarding through programme implementation, renewal, and expansion.
  • Ensure institutional clients and franchise partners adhere to brand standards, programme guidelines, and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including training, programme rollout, and operational alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and expansion across accounts and franchise territories.
  • Monitor account and franchise performance, proactively address issues, and elevate risks where necessary.
  • Gather client and franchisee feedback to support continuous improvement of programmes and processes.
Programme Coordination & Delivery
  • Liaise with academic, operations, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth programme delivery for both institutional clients and franchise partners.
  • Coordinate teacher deployment, timelines, and client requirements.
  • Address feedback, service issues, and improvement opportunities professionally and promptly.
Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, contracts, franchise agreements, and client documentation.
  • Prepare regular sales, account, and franchise performance reports.
  • Assist in tender submissions, RFQs, and compliance documentation where required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Skills
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related disciplines.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, franchise development, or partnerships.
  • Experience working with institutional clients, franchise models, or multi-outlet operations is highly advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of contracts, commercial terms, and service delivery models.
